ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Content Developer at IELTS Ninja, you will develop creative and academic content in written and other multi-media formats. You will collaborate with the content and tech teams on a continuous basis to improve the product, content, and service aspects of the vertical. You will interact with the trainers and ensure process compliance and suggest session quality improvement. You will conduct a critical analysis of student performance metrics and generate action plans to improve the key metrics. You will also collaborate with the strategy team and take an active part in product evolution and future business scaling.
